Refund policy

We want you to love your All of Me products as much as we love making them. If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.

✅ Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

✅ Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged or faulty, OR

  • The wrong item was sent in error.

If this happens, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the issue.

🚚 Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns (unopened products only), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the shipping.

⏳ Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5 business days. Refunds will be applied back to your original payment method.
